  • Complete Basic Wants & Needs Assessment 

Please be prepared with the following materials: 
  • Be prepared with your current license and service footprint in MS Excel format. 
  • Using this same format, forecast your license quantities over the next 3 years. This typically includes both licenses increases and decreases per product compared to your current state. 
  • Identify any new products or services that you would to add to your environment. 
  • Come prepared with ideas on who should be part of your core negotiation team and how you would like to communicate through the engagement (e-mail, scheduled meetings, Teams, etc.). This will be discussed and decided with your team at TNG during the kick-off meeting.
