Answer: At The Negotiator Guru, we pride ourselves in being 100% transparent on all revenues hitting our balance sheet. We make money differently depending on the partnership service but they’re all really rather simple. Here’s how it works:
Negotiated Contracts: We charge the supplier an administrative fee to deliver your business to them. This is a win-win-win situation as The Guru team is providing significant value for not only our partnership clients but our suppliers as well by lowering their client acquisition/retention cost. On the flip-side, our clients receive the best possible services/products at the lowest reasonable price while also reaping the benefits of The Guru’s team managing the performance of its suppliers.
Consulting Services: We charge our clients an hourly rate to provide a consultative approach to their Indirect Spend globally. We’ll identify opportunities for cost optimization through an iterative approach to strategic sourcing. This is the equivalent of hiring a Strategic Sourcing consultant for your business.
Pay for Performance: We take a portion of the savings delivered to your organization as a result our team’s efforts. This solution comes at no up-front cost to the client and is a win-win situation as both parties benefit monetarily from the relationship.
